In these extraordinary times, we want to reassure parents and clients that our Helpline, Information Services, Parenting Supports, Educational Courses, Early Years Service and Counselling Services remain open. We have suspended our group and face-to-face services to protect our service users, staff and the public but our other services are still open though operating in new ways.
Helpline
The askonefamily helpline is open Monday to Friday from 10am to 1pm and 2pm- 3.30pm. The service provides information on: social welfare, finances, family law, housing, education, childcare, parenting, and mediation. It also offers a listening service for people who need support parenting alone, co-parenting or separating. Parenting
Our Parenting Team are providing parenting support and mediation support on-line and over the phone. The team have also developed a number of specialised parenting courses that are now available on-line click here for more details. The team are offering parenting advice, tips and support in the One Family Parenting Group on Facebook.
Counselling

Employability Programmes
Our programmes team are providing current clients with support and guidance through scheduled phone support and online delivery of our New Futures Employability Programme. Our policy team are busy contacting officials and agencies to ensure the concerns of one-parent families are heard during this time of crisis.
Early Years Service
Our Early Years Service is continuing to offer support to families and children over the phone and through dedicated specialised communications channels. Many of the families the service works with are in direct provision and homelessness and are among the most marginalised in our society.
