Autumn/Winter Parenting Courses

Baby massage promotes bonding and secure attachment as you spend undivided quality time with your baby. Both mums and dads can join the group or share the group, week on, week off if sharing parenting.
Parents will:
- Attend weekly sessions with their baby and be supported to learn the skills of baby massage.
- Meet other parents who are also parenting alone/sharing parenting
- Learn tips and resources for stress management and parent self-care
- Learn how to incorporate baby massage at home and benefits for baby and parent
- Learn about other important aspects of baby and toddler care, including about routines, consistency, sleep patterns, weaning, play time, developmental milestones and more

This is a weekly play-group experience for you and your child, with something different every week.
This may include messy play, sensory play, constructive play, music, story time and much more for your little ones to enjoy.
Parents will:
- Attend weekly sessions with their young child and be supported to engage in playful experiences
- Meet other parents who are parenting alone or sharing parenting
- Gain tips and resources about the value of play and how to create play-based experiences for your child

This course is for families who are facing uniquely challenging and stressful circumstances. These can include problems with parental mental health, exposure to trauma, parent substance abuse, an financial and social challenges.
This course aims to support parents to meet their current challenges, develop tools to help cope with life circumstances and parent positively.
Parents will:
- Share their experiences with other parents who are also under pressure
- Reflect on their current family functioning and to identify their strengths
- Learn new skills to manage their emotions
- Set goals and work towards making positive changes in the family

- You must register on Fetch for courses, use the link in the course description to bring you to your exact course.
- Follow registration steps as directed on Fetch.
- After you have registered on Fetch, we will be notified and in due course you will be asked to complete our registration form.
- Both steps must be completed for you to successfully register for a course.
- Once registration is complete, a member of our Parenting Team will make contact with to confirm your course place.
