Baby massage promotes bonding and secure attachment as you spend undivided quality time with your baby. Both mums and dads can join the group or share the group, week on, week off if sharing parenting.

The programme is specifically for families who are experiencing complex, ongoing problems, such as parental mental health issues, exposure to trauma, parent substance abuse, financial and social challenges.

Stay & Play offers targeted support to lone parents parenting young children who are aged under 2 years and 8 months old.
