Building a Family Law System for Separating Families
On Monday 5th December One Family held the third in our series of webinars looking at Family Law Reform and ‘Building a Family Law System’ for court users. This webinar examined the needs of separating families and looked at the Department of Justice’s Family Justice Strategy and recently published Family Courts Bill. The webinar featured a panel of national and international experts including Diana Lowe (King’s Counsel) of the Reforming the Family Justice System (RFJS) initiative, Alberta, Canada, Andrew Munro, Assistant Secretary, at the Department of Justice, One Family CEO Karen Kiernan and Dr. Simone McCaughren, Assistant Professor, Social Work, Trinity College Dublin.
