Flora Mini Marathon 2009

Mini-Marathon-Day-2009-010

2009 Flora Mini Marathon participants did us proud!

A HUGE Thank You To everyone who participated in the 2009 Flora Womens’ Mini Marathon in aid of One Family. We are truely grateful and overjoyed with the enthusiasm and generosity of all our supporters. As you can see from our photos, One Family’s mini-marathon participants were happily involved in our fundraising efforts. Despite the soaring temperatures on the day we had 30 runners crossing the finish line. It is wonderful to know we have such enthusiastic and capable supporters. Thank You so much for all of your efforts in this year’s marathon.
A big Thank You must also go out to Freshways, as we are also very grateful to them for sponsoring the food and refreshments for all our tired and hungry marathon runners. Without the support of the community as a whole our work here at One Family would be all the more difficult.
So Thank You again.

Mini Marathon Fundraiser Prize Winner:
The Winner of the prize of Green Angel beauty products for our fundraiser who raised the highest amount of sponorship goes to Miss Karen Casey who raised a fantastic €550.
Congratulations and many thanks Karen!
